Alistair was my loved ‘little’ brother. We were the youngst siblings left at home for 5yrs.
He was a bright sensitive child & grew to be intelligent, questioning & innovative.
He selflessly moved to Napier to help support my parents for about 3yrs.
Alistair looked after his body and mind from his late teens. He was courageous in sickness. I never heard him say ‘why me?’
I’ll not forget you Al. The pain & struggle are over. Be at peace.

Alistair, my brother, a uniquely talented individual, whom we love and honour as we mourn his passing.
Our special thanks to Sharon for her love, care and devotion to Alistair; to her family members for their help and support, and to the medical teams and assistants, for whom Alistair was so grateful.
