Anthony Vella (Tony)

2nd July 2022, late of Malua Bay.

Dearly loved son of Sam (dec) and Lora (dec). Brother of Michael, Carmen, Peter, Therese and much loved brother-in-law to their partners, and cherished uncle to their children.

Aged 64 years.

Will be sadly missed by all his family and the community.

Tony’s relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his funeral to be held at the Chapel of the Broulee Memorial Gardens, Broulee, with a service commencing at 11:00am on Thursday the 14th of July 2022.     It’s hard to believe you’ve left us. You will be greatly missed Tony. I’ll always cherish the memories of you tormenting and teasing of me as well as your mentoring when we worked together. I’m pretty sure they threw away the mould after making you as you’re one of a kind.

    It was a shock to be told Tony had died, worked with Tony at Campbell Page 2003-2008, he alway made an Irish joke as I am Irish. When I opened the Bowral office, he was always supportive of myself and staff. He had a great sense of humour. Sorry for the loss, his family, his ex colleagues, hard shoes to fill. Larger than life. Farewell Tony.

    What a priveledge to know Tony. He gave amazing support to everyone. He spoke openl.y, honestly and with compassion. One of life’s true Gentlemen. The 1st of every month was Tony’s birthday. We shall celebrate with Cake – Vanilla Slice just for him. He will be sorely missed.

    Deepest condolences to all the family. Tony was one of a kind and will be immensely missed by all who knew him. He’ll always have a special place in my heart. Although I’m not the in body I’m definitely there in spirit.
