With Sadness.
My heartfelt sorrow to John’s family and friends. He was a well loved man, truly respected and admired.
As we grew up, he was always a person that his mates wanted to be with, full of energy, fun to be with, and a good person. Will be sadly missed but always remembered.
John and I grew up together from the age of 8 at Marrickville he was my best mate and best man at my wedding. I feel like I have lost a brother. He was larger than life and full of fun. My deepest sympathy to his family.
I think about you often John. You had a larger than life personality. Always fun to be around. I miss you greatly. Having lived in the States for 9 years . One of the things I really looked forward to was cto come down to Batemans Bay to stay at your Bed & Breakfast. I am sorry I was not able to attend your funeral because of ill health. Condolences Julie , Steve & family.
